US Patent No. 9,528,076 B2;  Procter & Gamble has patented a compact liquid detergent composition encapsulated in a water-soluble pouch that is comprised of water, a surfactant and a surfactant boosting polymer, which increases the gradient of the decline in interfacial surface tension by at least 15%, and fatty acid(s) or their salts.
